If a student meets the readiness criteria and still doesn't pass, we'll give you a complimentary seat for the same exam type. Terms include (but are not limited to):

  • Student used the CIMA ExamReady product intended for their state and program. View your state's exam requirements.
  • Minimum of 10 seats purchased from Milady/Cengage (can be across disciplines) between now and June 30, 2026.
  • Student must meet all “ready” parameters:
    • All mastery sections marked green.
    • 20+ hours spent in the course.
  • Exam taken within 90 days of graduation.
  • School submits the request form within 30 days of the failed exam.
  • Customizing ExamReady product invalidates this guarantee.
