The Milady Master Educator Program is designed to support the continued growth and development of beauty and wellness educators. Through professional development classes, educators strengthen their skills in areas such as teaching strategies, student engagement, assessment, classroom management, communication, and more.
Master Educator trainers help bring these experiences to life by facilitating engaging, participant-centered learning for educators at schools, association events, and other Milady training opportunities.

Master Educator trainers are experienced educators who enjoy helping other educators develop their craft.
As a trainer, you may have opportunities to:
- Facilitate live Milady Master Educator trainings and present professional development content to beauty and wellness educators.
- Create engaging, collaborative, participant-centered learning experiences that help educators connect new strategies to their classrooms.
- Represent the Master Educator Program at schools, associations, and other training events, with travel based on event needs and availability.
- Join a network of educators committed to advancing excellence in beauty and wellness education.
Could you be our next Milady Master Educator trainer?
We are looking for experienced educators who are confident facilitators, passionate about professional development, and committed to helping other educators succeed.
Applicants should:
- Be certified as a Level 1 Milady Master Educator.
- Have a minimum of three years of experience as an educator (employed in a school within the last 2 years).
- Have experience working in a school that teaches using Milady curriculum and have experience with CIMA, Milady's digital learning platform.
- Align with Milady’s participant-centered, discovery-oriented approach to teaching.
- Be comfortable presenting and facilitating learning experiences for groups of educators.
- Be willing and able to travel for training opportunities.
