If a student meets the readiness criteria and still doesn't pass, we'll give you a complimentary seat for the same exam type. Terms include (but are not limited to):

Student used the CIMA ExamReady product intended for their state and program. View your state's exam requirements.
Minimum of 10 seats purchased from Milady/Cengage (can be across disciplines) between now and March 31, 2026.
Student must meet all “ready” parameters:

- 20+ hours spent in the course.
Exam taken within 90 days of graduation.
